Find a file called appwiz.cpl in C:\Windows\System and double click on it to get to the Add/Remove part of Control Panel.

Look for "i-lookup.com",  "Internet Explorer Toolbar" or similar. Uninstall it.

Reboot your computer.

Then search your computer for ineb.dll file.  Rename it. Also search for and rename gws.dll, and chgrgs.dll.  If your computer still runs fine for a day or two you can then delete the renamed files.

You may also need to reset your home page in IE as it may be set to the i-lookup.com web site.
